Phone: • Call 1-800-FLOWERS (1-800-356-9377). • Tell the customer service representative that you would like to redeem a gift voucher. • Provide the gift card number and PIN. • Select the flowers or gifts that you would like to purchase. • Enter your shipping information and select a delivery date. • Confirm your order and complete the payment. In-store: • Visit any 1-800-Flowers retail location. • Bring your gift voucher with you. • Select the flowers or gifts that you would like to purchase. • Give your gift voucher to the cashier. • The cashier will scan your gift voucher and apply the balance to your purchase.
