A Gift Card is a Digital or Physical cash-card that once purchased, has a monetary value which can be
a payment method for products or services. Gift Cards can be used personally or given to another
individual.
Your Gift Card can be redeemed:
• Offline – at a Brand’s physical venue
1. Present the Gift Card code at the cashier 3D Selfie Museum, near Noor Bank Metro Station
2. Cashier scans the Gift Card code as a payment against the purchase of goods or services (any difference in gift card amount vs bill amount to be paid by other mode of payment)
3. The Gift Card type is One Time-Use card, Customer can use the Gift Card for a single purchase
4. Present the Gift Card code at the cashier to inquire about the balance or to check the validity

1. This ticket is valid for one adult aged 12 years or older.
2. Children aged 3 to 11 years must use the applicable child ticket. Children under 3 years old may enter free of charge, subject to the venue’s current admission policy.
3. Visitors under 18 years old should be accompanied and supervised by a parent, legal guardian or responsible adult.
4. The ticket is valid only for admission to the **3D World Selfie Museum in Dubai, United Arab Emirates**, and cannot be used at any other attraction or location.
5. The ticket is valid only for the date, time and validity period stated on the issued voucher. Expired, unused or missed tickets cannot be extended, replaced or refunded.
6. Once issued, the ticket is non-refundable, non-cancellable and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit or another product.
7. Customers must present the original digital ticket or voucher at the entrance. The venue may request a valid government-issued photo ID or passport for verification.
8. Each ticket may be redeemed only once. Re-entry is not permitted after the visitor leaves the museum.
9. The ticket includes general admission to the museum only. Transportation, food, beverages, personal expenses and any optional services are not included unless expressly stated in the product description.
10. Food, beverages, glassware, alcohol and smoking are not permitted inside the museum.
11. Photography and video recording are encouraged for personal use. Commercial photography, professional photo sessions, tripods or other professional equipment may require prior approval from the venue.
12. Visitors must take reasonable care while interacting with the exhibits and must not damage, climb on or misuse any artwork, installation or museum property.
13. Visitors must follow all safety instructions, admission procedures and venue policies. The venue reserves the right to refuse admission or remove anyone whose conduct is unsafe, disruptive, abusive or inappropriate.
14. Opening hours, last-admission times, exhibits, facilities and venue rules may change without prior notice. Customers should confirm the latest information with the venue before visiting.
15. KryptoMate acts solely as a distributor of the ticket and does not own, operate or manage the attraction. Admission, operating hours, exhibit availability, safety procedures and visitor experience remain subject to the venue’s policies.
16. KryptoMate is not responsible for tickets that are lost, deleted, copied, shared, transferred, redeemed by another person or used without the purchaser’s authorization.
17. KryptoMate is not responsible for denied admission resulting from an incorrect ticket category, failure to provide identification, late arrival, failure to follow venue rules or circumstances outside KryptoMate’s reasonable control.
18. By purchasing or using this ticket, the customer confirms that they have reviewed and accepted these terms and any additional conditions imposed by the ticket issuer or venue.
