1. 為確保服務質素，所有優惠必須提前最少一天致電或經 WhatsApp (+852 6470 3628) 預約。預約時請註明使用之專屬優惠。 2. 享用此服務前，本公司需確認顧客具備正確的獨立配戴及自行取出隱形眼鏡的能力。如顧客為隱形眼鏡初學者（或未能熟練掌握戴除技巧），本公司之專業團隊須於現場指導並確保顧客能正確、安全地自行戴上及取出隱形眼鏡，方可帶走 3 對試鏡及完成此服務流程。若經視光師診斷，顧客暫不適合配戴隱形眼鏡，中心將轉為提供同等價值的基礎驗眼服務或安排延期試戴。 3. ⁠3對試鏡之設計、度數及品牌，將由視光師依據檢查結果及實際庫存作專業建議，包括可能以非老花設計的隱形眼鏡來達到最佳視力效果，並且不設指定特定隱形眼鏡型號。 4. ⁠隱形眼鏡試戴及試鏡之提供，將經由註冊視光師進行專業眼睛檢查及弧度評估。若經視光師診斷，顧客的眼睛狀況（如患有嚴重乾眼症、角膜發炎等）暫不適合配戴隱形眼鏡，中心將轉為提供同等價值的基礎驗眼服務或安排延期試戴，以保障閣下的眼睛健康。 5. 顧客有責任嚴格遵循註冊視光師所提供之專業建議、佩戴指引及護理程序來處理及佩戴隱形眼鏡。任何因顧客不當使用、疏忽護理、強行佩戴或違反視光師指示而導致之眼睛不適、受傷、感染或任何健康衍生問題，本公司及註冊視光師恕不承擔任何法律及醫療責任。 6. 人工淚液如遇缺貨，本公司將以同等價值的護眼用品代替。 7. 所有優惠內容（包括禮券、服務及贈品）均不可兌現現金、不設找續。 8. 此優惠不可與公司其他推廣優惠、折扣或醫療券同時使用。 9. ⁠本公司保留隨時修改、暫停或取消上述優惠之權利，恕不另行通知。如有任何爭議，本公司保留最終決定權。 1. Please specify the exclusive offer you wish to use when booking.  2. ⁠Prior to enjoying this service, The Company must verify that the client possesses the ability to independently and correctly insert and remove contact lenses. For beginners (or those who have not yet mastered the handling techniques), our professional team will provide on-site guidance to ensure the client can safely insert and remove the lenses on their own before they may take away the 3 pairs of trial lenses and complete the service process. If the optometrist determines that the client is temporarily unsuitable for contact lens wear, the centre will instead provide a standard eye examination of equivalent value or arrange a deferred trial.  3. ⁠The design, power, and brand of the 3 pairs of trial lenses will be professionally recommended by the optometrist based on the examination results and actual inventory, including the potential use of non-multifocal design contact lenses to maximize the visual performance. Requests for specific models or brands cannot be guaranteed.  4. ⁠The provision of contact lens fitting and trial lenses is subject to a professional eye examination and corneal curvature assessment by our Registered Optometrist. If the optometrist determines that the client’s eye condition (e.g., severe dry eyes, corneal inflammation/keratitis) is temporarily unsuitable for contact lens wear, the centre will instead provide a standard eye examination of equivalent value or arrange a deferred trial to safeguard the client's eye health.  5. ⁠Clients have the responsibility to strictly follow the professional advice, wearing guidelines, and care procedures provided by our Registered Optometrist regarding the handling and wearing of contact lenses. The Company and the Registered Optometrist shall bear no legal or medical responsibility for any eye discomfort, injury, infection, or any subsequent health issues arising from the client's improper use, negligence in care, forced insertion, or non-compliance with the optometrist’s instructions.  6. ⁠In the event that the artificial tears are out of stock, the centre will substitute them with eye care products of equivalent value.  7. ⁠Non-Redeemable for Cash: All promotional contents (including vouchers, services, and complimentary gifts) cannot be redeemed for cash, and are non-refundable for change.  8. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers, discounts, or Health Care Vouchers offered by the company.  9. The company reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the above offers at any time without prior notice. In the event of any dispute, the company reserves the right of final decision.
