2. This eye examination service is conducted by a Registered Optometrist and covers a comprehensive vision assessment, as well as the examination of common eye disorders. The examination scope includes, but is not limited to Strabismus (Squint), Amblyopia (Lazy Eye), Dry Eye Syndrome, Cataract, Glaucoma, Macular Degeneration, Diabetic Retinopathy.
3. Non-Redeemable for Cash: All promotional contents (including vouchers, services, and complimentary gifts) cannot be redeemed for cash, and are non-refundable for change. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers, discounts, or Health Care Vouchers offered by the company.
4. In the event that the artificial tears are out of stock, the centre will substitute them with eye care products of equivalent value.
5. The company reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the above offers at any time without prior notice. In the event of any dispute, the company reserves the right of final decision.
