Online: BigBasket gift cards (vouchers) can be redeemed to purchase a wide variety of products in the following manner:
1. Log in to www.bigbasket.com/member/gift_cards/ or Big Basket App.
2. Click on the icon on the top right and choose 'My Gift Cards'.
3. Enter the gift card's (voucher's) number and pin. The entire gift card (voucher) amount gets credited to the BigBasket wallet.
4. Choose the product and add it to the cart.
5. On the checkout page complete the payment by choosing the BigBasket wallet payment option and clicking on proceed.
Validity: 360 Days
1. E-Gift Voucher can be used on the Big Basket website and app across all cities where the Big Basket is present (Only Online). The list of cities is Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Chennai, Delhi, Noida, Gurgaon, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Mumbai, Pune, Bhopal, Chandigarh, Coimbatore, Indore, Jaipur, Jalandhar, Lucknow, Kanpur, Ludhiana, Mysore, Nagpur, Patna, Surat, Vadodara, Vijayawada, Guntur and Visakhapatnam.
2. The Entire E-Gift Voucher amount will be redeemed to the Big Basket wallet. The amount can be used across multiple orders.
3. A maximum of three E-Gift vouchers can be redeemed per day to Big Basket Wallet.
4. The E-Gift Voucher is not redeemable for cash or credit.
5. If the customer misplaces the E-Gift Voucher, Big Basket shall not be responsible for reimburse/refund.
6. No duplicate will be issued if this E-Gift Voucher is lost or misplaced.
7. E-Gift Voucher cannot be revalidated once expired.
8. The holder of the E-Gift Voucher is deemed to be the beneficiary.
9. The validity period of the E-Gift Voucher will not be extended under any circumstances.
10. E-Gift Voucher can be used on the big basket website and App.
11. E-Gift Voucher cannot be en-cashed.
12. There is no expiry for this amount after the addition of the E-Gift Voucher amount to the bb wallet.
13. This is a one-time use E-Gift Voucher, and cannot be partially used. No refunds/credit notes shall be issued for unused part of the E-Gift Voucher.
14. E-Gift Voucher is added to the Big Basket wallet, so there is no limit to unlimited E-Gift Vouchers can be added in Big Basket wallet. The amount in the wallet can be used across multiple orders.
15. E-Gift Voucher are normally delivered instantly. But sometimes due to system issues, the delivery can be delayed up to 24 hours.
16. If an E-Gift Voucher is purchased in a city not mentioned above, the amount will not be reimbursed/refunded.
17. Protect the E-Gift Voucher number and PIN to avoid misuse. Brand shall not assume any liability in case the E-Gift Voucher PIN gets stolen/compromised. Brand shall neither replace the E-Gift Voucher nor refund cash.
