In-store: You may use your Costa eVoucher to purchase eligible items at any participating Costa coffee shop outlets in the UK excluding Northern Ireland.
Costa eVouchers are not able to be redeemed in any Costa Express or Proud to Serve outlet.
When you use your Costa eVoucher the amount of your purchase will be deducted from the balance on the card.
The remaining balance may be applied to future purchases.
Change will not be given. If your purchase exceeds the balance on the Costa eVoucher you must pay the excess by another payment method.
Validity: 360 Days
Costa eVoucher balances cannot be used to purchase any additional eVouchers
You may not exchange or redeem your Costa eVoucher for cash.
No change or refunds will be given where the sales transaction is for an amount less than the balance on the Costa eVoucher.
We reserve the right to refuse to accept damaged Costa eVoucher or any Costa eVoucher which we believe has been stolen, duplicated, tampered with or is being used fraudulently or is otherwise suspected to be affected by fraud.
One or more Costa eVouchers can be redeemed against a single order but no more than five.
The maximum value of Costa eVouchers that can be uploaded at any one time is £75.
