2. In-Store Scanning: Present your e-gift QR code on your mobile device or hand over your physical card directly at the register.
3. Costa Coffee App: Add your card to the app beforehand by entering the card number and PIN so you can scan your phone at checkout.
Validity: 360 Days
1. You may use your Costa e-Gift Card to purchase eligible items at any participating Costa coffee shop outlets in the UK, excluding Northern Ireland
2. Costa Gift Cards are not able to be redeemed in any Costa Express or Proud to Serve outlet.
3. When you use your Costa e-Gift Card, the amount of your purchase will be deducted from the balance on the card. The remaining balance may be applied to future purchases.
4. Change will not be given. If your purchase exceeds the balance on the Costa e-Gift Card, you must pay the excess by another payment method.
5. You may check the balance on your Costa e-Gift Card at any participating Costa outlet or on the Site.
6. You may not top up the balance on your Costa e-Gift Card; however, you may transfer any outstanding balance to a new Costa e-Gift Card at any participating Costa outlet or by contacting Customer Services at www.costa.co.uk/contact-form. Costa e-Gift card balances cannot be used to purchase e-gift vouchers or additional e-gift cards. You may not exchange or redeem your Costa e-Gift Card for cash. No change or refunds will be given where the sales transaction is for an amount less than the balance on the Costa e-Gift Card.
7. We reserve the right to refuse to accept damaged Costa e-Gift Cards or any Costa e-Gift Card which we believe has been stolen, duplicated, tampered with or is being used fraudulently or is otherwise suspected to be affected by fraud.
8. One or more Costa e-Gift Cards can be redeemed against a single order but no more than five.
