A Gift Card is a Digital or Physical cash card that once purchased, has a monetary value which can be a payment method for products or services. Gift Cards can be used personally or given to another individual.
Check that your Gift Card can be redeemed:
* Offline – at a Brand’s physical venue
1. Present the Gift Card code at the cashier at E-Spot, Fabyland, Safforiland, Snow city, Xtreme Bowling, Xtreme Land or Xtreme Zone; Al Othaim Entertainment Brands
2. Cashier scans the Gift Card code as a payment against the purchase of goods or services (any difference in gift card amount vs bill amount to be paid by other mode of payment)
3. The Gift Card type is One Time-Use card, Customer can use the Gift Card for a single purchase
4. Present the Gift Card code at the cashier to inquire about the balance or to check the validity
Usage Type: This is a One-Time Use card. It is intended for a single purchase only.
Redemption Channel: The card can only be redeemed offline at the brand’s physical venues (it is not valid for online purchases).
Valid Locations: Accepted at participating Al Othaim Entertainment Brands, which include: E-Spot, Fabyland, Safforiland, Snow City, Xtreme Bowling, Xtreme Land, and Xtreme Zone.
Split Payments: If the total bill exceeds the value of the gift card, the remaining difference can be paid using any other payment method accepted by the venue.
Balance & Validity Inquiry: You can check your remaining balance or the validity of your card simply by presenting the Gift Card code to a cashier at any participating location.
