1. Please ensure latest version of Grab app is installed
2. Click on “Click to Redeem” button in green on the Mooments eGiftCard link, on your mobile phone
3. Click on “Redeem Your Gift”
4. Select a Grab service (Transport / Food / Mart / Express) of your choice and click on “Get Your Voucher”
5. Upon successful confirmation, voucher will be available in Offers/My Rewards section of the Grab app
6. To use your voucher
7. On Grab app home screen, click on a service of your choice
8. Enter the necessary details to place an order or to make a booking
9. Tap on Offer / Add an offer
10. Select the GrabGifts voucher you want to use and tap on Use Now / Apply
11. Review your booking details and place your order
1. Voucher validity is as mentioned above
2. Valid on the latest Grab app version only
3. A successful redemption is only made upon checkout
4. Each voucher must be fully utilised when making payment (Any unutilised amount will be forfeited and shall not be refundable)
5. Not valid for cash transactions
6. Voucher is non-transferable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash/credit-in-kind
