SALAD FACTORY E-Voucher is an electronic voucher that can be used as cash for dine-in or takeout at Salad Factory restaurants.

Please inform the staff that you would like to use this E-Voucher. 2. Present the QR Code to the staff for redemption. 3. Usage is subject to the terms and conditions specified.

เงื่อนไขการใช้ บัตรกำนัลอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ SALAD FACTORY 1. กรุณาแจ้งพนักงานให้ทราบความประสงค์ที่จะใช้งาน E-Voucher นี้ ก่อนสั่งอาหารทุกครั้ง 2. E-Voucher นี้ สามารถใช้แทนเงินสดได้ที่ร้านสลัดแฟคทอรี่ทุกสาขา สำหรับทานที่ร้านและสั่งกลับบ้าน เท่านั้น 3. E-Voucher นี้ สามารถใช้ได้ภายในระยะเวลาที่กำหนดไว้เท่านั้น 4. E-Voucher นี้ ไม่สามารถแลกเปลี่ยน หรือทอนเป็นเงินสด ไม่ว่าในกรณีใดๆ ทั้งสิ้น 5. หากแจ้งประสงค์ใช้ E-Voucher แล้วไม่สามารถขอยกเลิกได้ทุกกรณี 6. บริษัทฯ ขอสงวนสิทธิไม่รับคืน หรือแลกรหัส E-Voucher ใหม่ไม่ว่าในกรณีใดๆ ทั้งสิ้น 7. บริษัทฯ ขอสงวนสิทธิในการเปลี่ยนแปลง หรือยกเลิกรหัส E-Voucher โดยไม่จำเป็นต้องแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า ไม่ว่าในกรณีใดๆ ซึ่งรวมถึงกรณีอันเป็นที่น่าสงสัยว่ารหัสที่นำมาใช้นั้นไม่ใช้รหัสที่ออกโดยบริษัทฯ หรือรหัส E-Voucher ที่ได้มาโดยวิธีการใดๆ ที่มีเจตนาทุจริต 8. This E-Voucher can be used as cash at all branches of Salad Factory for dine-in and takeout only. 3. This E-Voucher is valid only within the specified validity period. 4. This E-Voucher cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash under any circumstances. 5. Once the intention to use the E-Voucher is declared, it cannot be canceled for any reason. 6. The company reserves the right not to accept returns or reissue the E-Voucher code under any circumstances. 7. The company reserves the right to change or cancel the E-Voucher code without prior notice, including but not limited to cases where the code used is suspected to be invalid, not issued by the company, or obtained through fraudulent means. 8. VAT for this E-Voucher has already been included; therefore, a tax invoice cannot be issued again.
