You can pay on the Solana network in three coins at KryptoMate: SOL, USDT and USDC. All three are in the On-Chain coin list, where you send the exact amount to an address made for your order. If you use Phantom, its tile at checkout lets you approve a USDT or USDC payment in the wallet instead of copying an address. Whichever route you take, every Solana transaction needs a small fee paid in SOL.

SOL itself can only be paid through On-Chain. The Phantom tile sits under Web3 wallets at checkout and pays in USDT or USDC; you choose Solana as the network there. The methods offered for your order are the ones shown at checkout.

How to pay on Solana through On-Chain

  1. 1Add what you want to the cart and open checkout. If you buy as a guest, an email address is all you enter.
  2. 2On the payment step, look under On-Chain, choose On-Chain · 200+ coins and select Pay.
  3. 3Under Choose a coin and network, pick SOL, or search for USDT or USDC and choose the row whose network is Solana.
  4. 4Select Continue to payment. Note the Network (Solana), the Address and the amount under Send exactly.
  5. 5In your wallet or exchange, choose the same coin and the Solana network. On exchanges it's usually labelled SOL or Solana.
  6. 6Paste the address with Copy, or scan the QR code, and enter at least the exact amount. If an exchange deducts its fee from the amount, add the fee on top.
  7. 7Send it in one transfer before the 30-minute countdown ends, then select I've sent the payment.

How to pay with the Phantom tile

Choose Phantom under Web3 wallets and select Pay. Pick the coin, USDT or USDC, and then Solana as the network; only networks that carry the coin you chose are listed. Continue, then scan the QR code with Phantom or use the open button on your phone. Check the amount in the wallet and approve it. The page waits for the payment and takes you to your order once it's confirmed. A wallet method can add a fee, and any fee is shown in the order summary before you pay.

Solana basics that matter when you pay

SOL pays the fee

Solana's documentation puts it in one line: every Solana transaction requires a fee paid in SOL. That includes token transfers. If you send USDT or USDC from your own wallet, keep a little SOL in it, or the transfer can't be sent. From an exchange you don't need SOL; the exchange covers the network and charges a withdrawal fee that it shows before you confirm. We don't quote fee figures, because they change.

On our side, the On-Chain method adds no payment fee. Network and withdrawal fees are yours and aren't included in our prices.

What a Solana address looks like

A Solana address is a 32-byte value written as a string of 32 to 44 letters and digits, with a mix of upper and lower case. It has no fixed prefix: no T as on Tron, no 0x as on Ethereum or BNB Smart Chain. That makes it easy to recognise. If the address your wallet is about to send to starts with 0x, the wallet is on a different network than the payment screen.

Token accounts, briefly

On Solana, a wallet doesn't hold tokens directly in its main address. Each token is identified by a mint account, and each wallet holds a given token in a token account for that mint. The standard one is the associated token account, whose address is derived from the wallet's address and the token's mint. Creating it needs a small refundable minimum balance in SOL, paid by whoever creates it.

For a payment, you don't have to handle any of this. Send to the address on the payment screen and your wallet or exchange works out the token account. It only matters as an explanation: USDT and USDC on Solana are two different mints, so they are two different tokens, and the coin you send must be the coin you selected.

USDT or USDC?

Both are dollar stablecoins and both are offered on Solana. Pay with the one you already hold; swapping one for the other first only adds a step and a cost. Our list also offers USDC on Ethereum, which USDT isn't today. The wider comparison is in USDT networks compared, and short definitions are in the glossary.

Sent it on the wrong network, or the wrong coin?

A payment counts when the coin, the network and the amount match the payment screen. USDC sent to a USDT payment, or USDT sent on another network, doesn't arrive as payment for the order, and the screen warns that other coins or networks can't be recovered. Don't pay again straight away. Contact support with the order number and the transaction hash (TXID) and wait for a reply; recovery isn't promised. See what happens if you send the wrong amount, coin or network.

Frequently asked questions

Can I pay with SOL on KryptoMate?

Yes. SOL is in the On-Chain coin list. Choose On-Chain at checkout, select SOL, and send the exact amount to the Solana address shown before the countdown ends.

Do I need SOL to pay with USDT or USDC on Solana?

From your own wallet, yes, because every Solana transaction pays its fee in SOL. From an exchange you don't: the exchange charges a withdrawal fee instead.

Can I pay in SOL with the Phantom tile?

No. With the Phantom tile the payment is made in USDT or USDC, with Solana as one of the networks. To pay in SOL, use On-Chain and send from Phantom or any other wallet to the address shown.

Is USDC on Solana the same as USDC on Ethereum?

It's the same stablecoin on a different blockchain, held at a different kind of address. They can't be sent to each other's addresses. Both are in our On-Chain list, so choose the network where your USDC is.

Does a Solana payment need a memo?

No coin on Solana carries the Memo tag in our coin list today, so the address is enough. If a payment screen ever shows a Memo / Tag block, include it.

How long does a Solana payment take to confirm?

After you send, the screen shows Payment detected · confirming. On-Chain payments usually confirm within 10–30 minutes. Delivery is usually instant, but it might take 0–24 hours in rare cases.
