How do I pay On-Chain?

On-Chain means you send crypto from your own wallet or exchange account to an address made for your order. You choose On-Chain at checkout, pick a coin and network, and send the exact amount shown.

01Before you start

Have the coin ready in a wallet or exchange that can send it on the network you will choose. Check the fee your wallet or exchange charges for sending, so that the full amount arrives.

02Steps

1. 1At checkout, on the Payment step, look under On-Chain and choose On-Chain · 200+ coins.
2. 2Select the Pay button.
3. 3Under Choose a coin and network, pick your coin and network. Use the search box to find a coin by ticker, name or network. A coin marked Memo needs a memo or tag.
4. 4Select Continue to payment.
5. 5Copy the Address with Copy, or scan the QR code with your wallet.
6. 6Check that your wallet sends on the same Network as the screen shows.
7. 7Send the amount under Send exactly. Use Copy so no digit is lost. If a Memo / Tag is shown, add it in your wallet before you send.
8. 8Send it in one transfer before the countdown ends, then select I've sent the payment.

03The other On-Chain option

The option named On-Chain with "BTC · Lightning · USDT · ETH" under it opens a payment form in a window over the page. Choose your coin there and follow the form. You can close the window and open it again with Open payment form.

04What to expect

• When the network sees your transfer, the screen shows Payment detected · confirming. The screen says this usually takes 10 to 30 minutes. A busy network can take longer.
• The page moves on by itself when the payment is confirmed. You can leave the page. We email you when your order is delivered.

05Four rules that prevent problems

Right coin, right network

send only the coin and network shown. Other coins or networks cannot be recovered.

Exact amount

network and withdrawal fees are paid by you. If your exchange takes its fee out of the amount, raise the amount so that at least the exact amount arrives.

Memo or tag

if one is shown, include it. A payment without it cannot be matched to your order automatically.

In time

send before the countdown ends. You have 30 minutes.

06If that did not work

• I sent less than the amount due
• My payment window expired. What now?
• I sent the wrong coin or used the wrong network
• I paid but my order still shows Pending payment
