How do I log in?
Select Sign in, enter your email, then your password. You can also continue with Google, Apple, Binance, Facebook or a TON wallet, or use a passkey.
Select Sign in at the top of the site and choose how you want to log in.
01Log in with email and password
- 1Select Sign in.
- 2Enter your Email address and select Continue.
- 3Enter your Password and select Log in.
- 4If two-factor authentication is on, enter the 6-digit code from your authenticator app and select Verify.
Tick Remember me to keep your email filled in on this device.
02Log in another way
- Google, Apple, Binance, Facebook or TON wallet
- select the matching Continue with button. If your Google account uses the same email as your KryptoMate account, you reach the same account.
- Passkey
- enter your email, select Continue, then Log in with passkey. This appears only if you added a passkey on this device.
03Inside an exchange or wallet mini-app
The buttons depend on where you open KryptoMate. Inside an exchange or wallet mini-app you see the sign-in options that app supports.
04What to expect
- You stay signed in on this device for a while. For security, you may be asked to sign in again after some time, or when your internet connection changes.
- If you see You've been signed out, select Sign in and log in again. Your orders and wallet are not affected.
