How do I place a bulk order or request a wholesale quote?
On the Wholesale page, open a product, choose the denomination and number of codes, add them to your cart and pay. For larger or custom needs, select Request a quote.
You order listed bulk products straight from the Wholesale page: open a product, choose the denomination and the number of codes, add them to your cart and pay. For a larger volume, a custom price or a product that is not listed, send a quote request from the same page.
01Order a listed product
- 1Open Gift cards in the top menu and select Wholesale.
- 2Find the product with Search bulk products, or filter by country.
- 3Open the product. Under 1 · Denomination, choose the card value. Each value shows its price per code.
- 4Under 2 · Quantity, set the number of codes.
- 5Read Volume pricing. It shows the price per code for each quantity band. If the denomination has one price at any quantity, the page says so.
- 6Check Your order and the Total, then select the add button. It shows your number of codes and the total, for example Add 50 codes.
- 7Check out and pay. A wholesale order checks out on its own, not with other items.
After payment, every bulk order is prepared and checked by a person, and all codes arrive together in one file.
02Request a quote
- 1On the Wholesale page, select Request a quote.
- 2Enter your Full name and Work email.
- 3Under What do you need?, list the brands, regions, volumes and how often you order.
- 4Select Send request.
You see Request sent. There is no commitment. The page says our wholesale team replies by email within 24 hours with pricing and next steps.
Tip: Name exact products, countries and card currencies, and give quantities per denomination. It saves a round of questions.
03If that did not work
- No bulk products match
- try another name or country, or ask us to source it through Request a quote.
- The form shows an error
- enter your full name, a valid work email, and at least a few words about what you need.
- No reply after 24 hours
- check your spam folder, then contact support through the support widget or [email protected] and mention the email you used on the form.
- A problem with a wholesale order you paid for
- contact support with your order number and the email used for the order.
